At Wild Elite Survival, we are committed to getting your gear to you quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details on how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. This offer applies to contiguous U.S. orders only. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.
4. Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional charges may apply). We use trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely.
5. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
- Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. Wild Elite Survival is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. In cases of confirmed loss or damage, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
